Caroline’s menus are deeply inspired by her dad’s home cooking and her own pre-Dinner with Friends dinner parties for friends and family. Focused heavily on fresh, locally sourced produce and other groceries, Caroline’s dinners are an ode to her love for the Union Square farmer’s market.
